GoogleI rented a house through Chamberlains for the last seven years. They were professional and worked with both my landlady and myself to ensure a smooth tenancy. All issues (few) were resolved speedily and with good communication. They were also very pleasant to deal with. I had two major bereavements during this period and at times my mental health was not good. I always felt listened to and that they understood my situation. I will always be grateful for the the service they provided upon my behalf. I would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleThe friendly Chamberlains Team worked tirelessly on my behalf to secure buyers and then `nurse' the transaction through to completion within 11 weeks. They proved to be fast effective communicators between me, my buyers and - critically - the lawyers for both sides. They were prepared to go the `extra mile': for instance copying and emailing a vast ream of documents for me, then sending them on to all the other parties. Buying and selling is stressful but having the support of highly professional people, who can cope with the occasional `Diva' moments, is extremely helpful. I recommend them without hesitation - and no - I'm not being paid to say so!

GoogleWhenever we have contacted Chamberlain in Teignmouth either by phone or email they have always been a delight, they are friendly, positive, optimistic and very help full, we have got to know Yvonne, Helen and Mark quite well over the months that we have had dealings with them. A special thank you to Mark without whos recommendations we would not staying in the fabulous temporary accommodation we are in at We the moment.

GoogleIan Bransdon at Fine and Country is honestly the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. We knew Ian from before, so when we heard he was working with Fine and Country we contacted him without a doubt. From beginning to end everything was followed through. We’ve been with estate agents before where nothing was followed up like it should be. With what was a very stressful process his attention to detail was next to none. I would strongly recommend Fine and country. Ian gave the best advice, looked at all the relevant important factors regarding selling our home. He stuck with us when everything seemed like it was falling apart. He remained positive and focused throughout and didn’t let us down in any way what do ever! Fine and country has a new unique way of selling your home that is sets apart from other agent’s. They focus not only on the house but on the area and what it has to offer. With their professional photography sets the home with the real feel of the property and it’s surroundings. Ian has had much experience with buying and selling throughout this area. Therefore he brought only genuine buyers that sifted out buyers that weren’t ready or not sure what they wanted and wasting time preparing my home for viewings which with a working family was very stressful. GoogleMy boyfriend and I today collected the keys for our new property. Throughout the whole process over the last few weeks the team at Chamberlains have been extremely professional and attentive. The online automated service for managing the tenancy agreement and all things related is great. A special thanks to Steve who was warm and welcoming during our initial viewing and who today handed the keys over to us! We're looking forward to settling into our new home.
