GoogleGemma Stewart in the St Albans branch of Cassidy & Tate is my "go to" estate agent when I am looking for great tenants. She is reliable, professional and she totally understands our needs. This year Gemma introduced me to Georgia Vaughan who was a delight too and she found me the perfect tenant. Great team work and will definitely be using them again.

GoogleI'm really grateful I chose Cassidy and Tate. Their approach was always straightforward and honest, no sales pitch, no inflated valuations. The completion process was bumpy due to the buyer's solicitor, but Duncan and Tracie were there every step of the way, managing the situation and offering constant support. Highly recommend!

Completely professional, calm and reassuring under pressure and, in our opinion, held the chain together, communicating with all parties involved to keep everyone fully informed. GoogleI would like to thank Cassidy & Tate at Marshalswick for selling my house with a special mention to Graham Cotton and Tracie Phillips for their communication skills. Graham kept me up to date regularly and even went out of his way to call me one evening to update me on the exchange as he knew i was worried and wanted to put my mind at ease. I am delighted that we have finally reached an exchange on my property after a number of buyers let me down with another agent. I would be happy to recommend Cassidy and Tate, and if I was looking to buy or sell again in the future, then I would definitely use them again.

It's not often that a state agents get good reviews for this service in the current climate and rental market, but I can honestly say that Sarah at Cassidy and Tate went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to rent the property I wanted and that was suitable for me. A very professional and personable service and I would highly recommend to anybody else who is looking for lettings support or purchasing a property in the Hertfordshire area. Five stars ⭐

GoogleMark and team were extremely efficient, quick and professional in helping us sign a tenancy agreement while we were still outside UK. Mark was very accommodating and helped us get a video tour of the house. Once we confirmed, he diligently followed up and ensured the process was completed in record time. This was the quickest processing I have ever seen!! Mark and team were kind enough to help us at every stage and kept us regularly informed of any updates. This was extremely helpful considering we were in a different timezone. I also want to Thank Josh and Harvey who helped with the process as well. Thank you Mark, Josh and Harvey for all your help! You guys are the best!! If anyone is looking for the best housing agents in St. Albans, Cassidy & Tate is the place to go! Kudos to Mark and team. Keep up the good work!! Update: I finished my lease and wanted to share that the checkout process was very smooth. Cassidy & Tate were extremely professional and transparent on the deposit return- Special thanks to Ella!. For the deductions, there were very understanding and fair and helped close the process quickly and efficiently.
