GoogleRecently purchased a property through capital estate agents in sidcup, I find it difficult to arrange viewings due to work commitments but was extremely impressed especially with how jack showed me a number of properties around my busy schedule this eventually lead to me buying my dream home.

GoogleI have been renting my property through Capital for over 15 years. This has been a very smooth, hassle free experience. Led by the enigmatic Rob Tancred who, together with his friendly and competent staff, have always gone the extra mile for me. Exactly what is needed to have such confidence in a company when living overseas. A big THANK YOU to all!

GoogleI used to use another company but saw Capital on television and liked their approach! I have now used them for all my properties and what a breath of fresh air! They have not only found tenants smoothly but I also liked the reports they have given me prior to the tenant moving in. Very professional and friendly.
