GoogleTop company with a friendly and professional service. Fully in tune with the market and go the extra mile for their clients. Special mention to Joe Mourat who seamlessly dealt with the completion of my property and was a constant help throughout. Highly recommended!

GoogleCan't praise Capitol high enough. Friendly staff, professional service, so easy to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them to let with and from. If you're in 2 minds who to let your property with then Capitol is the one. You won't regret it.

GoogleI have lived in the area for many years, and own a property very close to Capital so they have always been the obvious and logical choice as our estate agent. The service they provide however is absolutely outstanding, and has compelled me to write this review (something I never normally do). Just before Christmas our previous tenants moved out of the house, and whilst it was left clean and tidy, there was a burst water pipe that had been left to run for months which created terrible damage to walls and floors throughout the kitchen and utility. The discovery was made on 21st December so all trades had pretty much downed tools for the holiday. In a state of mild panic I went to speak to the guys at Capital. The owner Rob Tancred was in the office and from that moment he took control and provided personal help, advice and ongoing assistance to get the problems resolved - right the way from getting the necessary trades in to trace and locate the leak, lock down and isolate the leak, fix the piping, cut back the walls, dry everything out and replace the damaged areas with new materials. The house looks considerably better than it did before, and not only that, they found new tenants who have moved in with only a couple of weeks lost! Crazy good - bit like DIY SOS... and Rob even looks a bit like Nick Knowles too, maybe... Thank you all very much - these guys come with my full recommendation

GoogleDue to relocating from North to South I needed to take a property without viewing, Rob and the team at Capitol Lettings were brilliant from start to finish. On arrive I mentioned that there was no working washing machine and within an hour one arrived and was plumbed in. The house was perfect for our needs and it was presented clean and to a high standard and gardens were pristine. We had many happy months whilst we scouted the area for a permanent place of residence. Thank you.

GoogleRob, Kadie and Ryan are good people out there, professional and friendly. I didnt feel the stress of renting an apartment. I have dealt with quite a few agencies in the past and can vouch for the capital team at Bromley as they are the most client-friendly and hassle free agents. Highly recommended.

GoogleIts not often i bother to write a review on anything but i just felt i had to about capital. I wanted to sell my house so i did the usual, called all the estate agents in the area for a quote and just to get a feel for the potential customers i might expect to see. From the first call to capital i was talking to the boss, Rob, he was straight talking (which i like) and told me all that i could expect from my house sale in no nonsense terms. I arranged for capital to come and look at my house, although he already knew my road and the houses in it. He turned up right on time and laid out a plan to sell my house with all the options. I was surprised at how easily the sale went, both rob and other members of capital gave me constant email updates and called me several times to discuss offers they had received. I actually got the full asking price for my house and didn't have to drop the price at all. They even had a handy man to fix a broken fence panel i had before the house went on the market. If I could sum up capital i would say they are very honest straight talking guys, who make it really easy to sell a house, they can literally do everything for you to make it all go to plan. I would definitely recommend these guys if your planning on selling in their area.

GoogleWe bought our house through Capital and Jack and Rob were amazing throughout the process. They went out of their way to make things easier and were always ready to help. There was a point when the seller was threatening to quit and Rob stepped in and rescued the situation amicably. So it was quite stressful buying a house (as it usually is!!) but thanks to the lovely team at Capital everything went smoothly. Rob even got the driveway jet washed and the lawn mowed paying from his own pocket before our move to make it a nice experience for us, so really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!! The best thing amongst everything was that the solicitor recommended by them was amazing and the best a first time buyer could have!! So thanks for that too!!

GoogleHaving used many estate agents in the past I can honestly say Capital is the very best. The staff at the Bromley office are extremely professional and know the business inside and out. I have very high standards and nothing was too much trouble, i valued there advice and they not only sold my property quickly without a reduction but found me my dream house. Everything went smoothly and i was kept up to date with the progress at all times! What more can i say but a massive thank you.

GoogleI used Capital Estate Agents to sell my house recently they were an extremely pro active in their approach and did not waste any time getting my property on the market. There feedback after each viewing was informative and honest. Overall a well run outfit with expericed staff who were professional at all times, which led to a smooth stress free sale for me. They have since been instructed to sell my mums home and the service has been equally as good! Highly recommend them.

GoogleI really thankful to this company as they was able to find a house to rent for my family in the same day when we ask them and they was very professional in this. Meanwhile I can't put 5 stars because there was miscommunication between the agent and the landlord, what lead to the fact that we wasn't able to move in the house in the agreed date and only two days later.

GoogleEfficient and professional service when there were problems in our newly rented flat from Capital. We called in problems with the hot water and boiler, and engineers were sent straight away with no questions asked. Very rare to get such straightforward service in the rental sector.

GoogleWhen I thought of letting, ‘Capital’ is the first estate agency that went into my mind. I had a property which required renovation before letting out and I wanted a hassle free process. ‘Capital’ is the only estate agent provides this service at a reasonable cost. They have an in-house decoration team to do the whole job in every little details, providing professional advice from start to finish. Information was updated frequently to keep me informed. Most importantly, they are available whenever you need them, and the property was let to a ‘gold’ rated tenant within weeks after the renovation. It is an estate agency that I will highly recommend, if you want ‘professional, passionate, friendly and helpful’ team, you don’t need to find further, go to ‘Capital’!
