GoogleI have just used Capital to sell my flat in Shortlands. The service was outstanding. Joe Mourat who dealt with our sale went above and beyond to help us sell the flat. Communication was excellent and the service I cannot fault. Thankyou Joe and your team.

GoogleI am highly impressed with the service provided by Capital Estate Agents, not least for the fact that the head of the firm, Mr Tancred, not only was involved right from the start of the sale, but directed the sale himself. That pleased me enormously. In comparison with the three estate agents we used before we turned to Capital, this firm is streets ahead of the competition. While all the others could do was overprice the house (in order to get the business) & then keep reducing the price, Capital gave an honest & realistic valuation, & stuck to it. As a result of intelligent & catchy marketing by Mr Tancred, we got the asking price within 3 weeks, (after two years of dithering & half-hearted salemanship from elsewhere.) Mr Tancred & his associate Mr Montgomery are both straight-talking & courteous, & it has been a pleasure doing business with them. If it ever comes to selling a house in the area again, I will definitely go to Capital. That goes for buying, too. In my opinion, there is nothing more important than trust when doing business, & I can honestly say that I trust Capital to do what they say they will do.

GoogleI had very little time to move for a new job, but Capital were amazingly quick and efficient in every way - I viewed the property less than a week before I was to move, and in that time they got through all the relevent reference etc checks in time for me to have a seamless move 5 days later. Lovely friendly people, and I never once felt pressured as a tenant.

GoogleFrom the moment I 1st met Joe I had a good feeling that Capital Estate Agents would be able to sell our property. We had the property on the market with Purple Bricks which turned out to be a complete waste of money and time. Joe at Capital was very professional and always on had to deal with queries and happy to chase. If you are thinking about using Capital's services, don't think! DO IT!

GoogleRefreshing change from the usual apathetic estate agents we have had in the past. Very proactive, responsive and kept us up to date without us having to chase! The flat we let out is not local to us and we have had so many bad experiences with trying to manage it over the last few years. Finally feel like we have made the right choice in estate agents to manage our flat! Well done, Rob and team.

I had the luck of dealing with a lovely Capital Estates rep who, through her polite mannerism and genuine kind heart, made the often stressful experience of moving, a hand-held enjoyable experience! Due to mine and my partners hectic work schedule, the rep even extended and out of hours service to deal with any queries we have over the phone. Top notch service and should we need to ever move again, we will be back

GoogleCapital were nothing short of wonderful! I realise that such a statement is not very helpful unless I add some detail, so here goes. We had long planned a move when I took early retirement. I should clarify this, I had not, but my wife had undertaken meticulous planning, watching every for sale sign in the street going up, noting how long each sale had taken and who sold the most houses. About 6 months prior to putting the house on the market, my wife dragged me to Capital Estate Agents in Sidcup and on the way, she told me she had watched them sell more houses and more quickly than anyone else. We had a chat with the staff at Capital about timing of the sale, market conditions and what to expect, it was very useful and the staff were very helpful. The time came to put the house on the market and Capital advised (at our request) if we needed to spruce up and where and were again very helpful. The sale board went up, the house had two full asking price offers the following day, one which we accepted. We went to look for houses to buy and a good number were with web based estate agents and too many of those sellers expressed frustration at the arms-length support you get from web estate agents; but it was only when we had problems that we really appreciated that you cannot afford to not have the professionalism of Capital. We had made an offer on our dream home, but stood a good chance of losing it, as our buyer lost their buyer, but Capital took on this problem and solved it in 48hrs, re-selling our buyer’s house. We again had problems when it came to exchange, a solicitor further down the chain failed to request the money for the correct day and we failed to exchange contracts. We again failed to exchange contracts when the solicitor at the top of the chain was unavailable. This was a time of considerable worry, but the staff at Capital were working flat out, keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and doing the worrying for us. They really pulled the stops out, the service was first class. At the third attempt, contracts were exchanged and all was sorted. I am certain that no other estate agent would have kept this chain on track and I am very grateful to the staff at Capital Sidcup for all their hard work and dedication; they were worth every penny.

GoogleI just rented out my house with Capital. Both Paul and Nicole were clued up about what needed to be done in order to get things in place. They were able to provide me with a clear list of what I should do for my part (which was very helpful). The process was very straight forward and any unexpected things that came up were dealt with and sorted out in a timely manner. Paul was recommended to me by a couple of people and I would recommend him and his team.

GoogleIf you want an estate agent who puts you at ease throughout the whole house sale. Capital are the Estate Agents to choose. Paul was amazing and we knew we were in good hands. Paul and Nicole worked so hard and believe me it was no easy task as the chain broke at the bottom and they got our house sold again quickly and kept us informed of everything. I can't thank Paul and his Nicole enough for all their hard work. Great friendly service which we would highly recommend. Thank you both so much.

Rob and the team have done a most efficient job selling our house; they spent a week preparing it for sale including some redecorating inside and out and cleaning the carpets etc. Rob then had it sold within 3 days of it going onto the market! This is the second transaction we have been through with Capital and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone selling their house.

I switched to Capital to let my property after experiencing issues with my previous Estate Agents, I chose Capital over others because I could see on Rightmove that they were successfully letting lots of properties similar to mine within a couple of weeks. Rob who runs the company was highly enthusiastic and attentive about how Capital could provide a professional letting service for me. His team are young energetic and focused on doing things right; Ryan took time and care to shoot some brilliant photos of the property which was subsequently viewed by several people the next day from which I then had a choice of interested tenants to pick from - all within 24 hours! Both Ryan and his colleague Kadie were totally on the ball when I phoned up with any questions about the letting process with Capital and I feel entirely confident having my property managed by them. I have since recommended them to a couple of my friends who are also looking to let their properties.
