GoogleWe were shown a house we really liked, wanted to go ahead with the rental, however after the viewing communication from them stopped. We called multiple times for almost 3 weeks and they always reassured us that some of them (i mention no names) will get back to us either in a few hours or next morning. Obviously that never happened. It wasn't only a waste of our time but also disrespectful. Not good costumer service.

GoogleI have twice used Capital in the past two years , to sell my property in Bromley and my mothers home in Beckenham . As with most buying and selling there are always "ups and downs" but Capital kept me informed every step of the way , even when Joe Mourat was off or on holiday he kept you posted .The valuation of both properties were realistic , unlike some companies and the photos were really professional making both properties really inviting . All in all I am really pleased I chose Capital and would not hesitate to recommend them . Thank you Joe and all at Capital .

GoogleSuper efficient service! Harry Henty was brilliant! He was very welcoming. Having dealt with a few other estate agents locally who were very pushy we found Capital Estate Agents to be highly professional and we will definitely recommend them to family & friends. Thank you!

GoogleJoe Mourat was absolutely amazing !!! During what was one of the most difficult times of our lives , selling our late fathers house , Joe made everything easy , he fully explained everything and organised everything for me himself saving me a tremendous amount of stress. I cannot thank him enough, honest , reliable , trustworthy , a real professional and true gentleman. I hope we have the opportunity to use his services again , under better circumstances. Highly recommended

GoogleAbsolutely superb from start to finish. Joe was fantastic in helping me and my wife secure our first commercial premises. Even taking time during the Christmas break to get things rolling. Didn’t think it would be this easy but class A service made it just that. Thank you so much Joe and Capital Estate Agents for making the process so stress free. Forever grateful

GoogleAfter what has to be one of the longest purchases of a property, almost 7 months we finally moved in. A lot of time and care was spent by Capital Estate Agents and especially Paul Montgomery in making this happen. We would highly recommend as Capital care about all parties involved to get the ultimate outcome of buying And/or selling a property.

GoogleI would like to thank Joe his his help and guidance. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale required significant input from Joe to manage my solicitor into actively addressing issues and arranging resolution.

GoogleJoe worked with us very closely offering a truly personal experience - he picked up every call and rang us back every time. He even spoke to us on his day off! Honest, upfront and transparent every step of the way. I would recommend if you're looking for no non-sense but down to earth service.
