He was always available to answer our questions promptly and also kept us informed at every stage and ensuring we always knew where things stood. His proactive approach is also something i would like to highlight. When couple of issues arose during the documentation and moving in process, Ketan was quick to step in, liaise with the relevant parties, and find solutions. We genuinely felt that Ketan had our best interests at heart and was committed to ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Thanks to his hard work and support, our experience was overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. The only thing Ketan couldn't do was unpack our boxes! 😋

GoogleArchie guided us through three viewings in one day and made the process as painless as possible. He has a calm and reassured air about him and hence made a stressful situation much more pleasant for us. Whilst we didn't progress any of the homes this is in no way a reflection of Archie's efforts of portraying them in their most positive light. The home owners can be assured that Archie did them proud!
