GoogleScott has been incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. When I missed my original viewing because of the train strikes, he was very understanding and still arranged a video call to walk me through the property.
As I wanted to understand the property and available space more clearly before renting, Scott also kindly facilitated an in-person viewing for me. He always responded quickly and made the entire process smooth and reassuring, which I really appreciated.
