GoogleI have seen the houses , it’s simply overpriced(Cammo, Edinburgh ) , the the same house was sold 12 months before on less then 150k. To me it doesn’t make any sense to increase the prices like this within a year . We understand that the demand is a bit high , however we don’t expect cala to make money blindly by increasing the price in such a way , this is madness !! I was always a fan of cala so far but now I have decided I will never buy cala :(

GoogleWe bought Cala and have temperature issues, condensation and mould as a result. Cala seem at a loss and unresponsive. Three years in now.
