GoogleThe sales team is fantastic this has to be said!
The sales team were keeping us updated at every stage of this journey. The process of buying the home was smooth.
However, there was a critical issue on the moving day (not entirely Cala's fault - Edinburgh Council is to blame for a large part). Cala implemented the emergency plan immediately and we were moved in the next day.
It is very important to mention that the entire team is taking such a great care of us even though it has already been 2 months since we moved in to this property.
The quality of the apartment is very very good, yes there were some snagging issues but they were minor compared to some stories we have heard from our friends and family (about Persimmon and David Willson) and Collin and Graham (Site Managers) who jump on the issues reported immediately.
We really enjoy our new home.
Now a special shout should go to Lisa. Lisa was playing a pivotal role for us in this journey. She was going above and beyond at all times to help throughout this journey. We feel like we have made a new friend during this process and she has the biggest heart!
Robert is another person from the team that deserves a special shout pretty much what we said about Lisa applies to Robert.
Thank you to the entire team!
Don't look elsewhere Cala West Craigs is the way to go!

GoogleI would not recommend buying here if you own a car or plan to in future. The council plans to introduce a bus gate on the main entrance/exit road, which will severely restrict vehicle access for residents and make everyday driving much more difficult

GoogleHave been trying to get communication established via Cala HQ to the West Craigs team.
Very hard to communicate as won't respond to email request despite me asking.
Staff at sales office seem disinterested even after a visit to the site.
