The sales team is fantastic this has to be said! The sales team were keeping us updated at every stage of this journey. The process of buying the home was smooth. However, there was a critical issue on the moving day (not entirely Cala's fault - Edinburgh Council is to blame for a large part). Cala implemented the emergency plan immediately and we were moved in the next day. It is very important to mention that the entire team is taking such a great care of us even though it has already been 2 months since we moved in to this property. The quality of the apartment is very very good, yes there were some snagging issues but they were minor compared to some stories we have heard from our friends and family (about Persimmon and David Willson) and Collin and Graham (Site Managers) who jump on the issues reported immediately. We really enjoy our new home. Now a special shout should go to Lisa. Lisa was playing a pivotal role for us in this journey. She was going above and beyond at all times to help throughout this journey. We feel like we have made a new friend during this process and she has the biggest heart! Robert is another person from the team that deserves a special shout pretty much what we said about Lisa applies to Robert. Thank you to the entire team! Don't look elsewhere Cala West Craigs is the way to go! Krystian and Robyn

Met with Sunnie who was so welcoming at the Oakbank development. So informative and so friendly, answered all the questions we had. 5 star service, met with a smiling face!

Fabulous properties.Stunning views and a 10 minute walk to the Pentlands. Can’t fault Cala. Platinum standard service. All departments couldn’t be more helpful. Amelia deserves a special mention. Literally 15 min drive to Morningside. Just can’t rate Belwood Oaks highly enough

Wow this new Cala development is stunning, From the beautiful sympathetic clock tower to the amazing Duplex town houses. Certainly a property for the most types of families.

Bought a house in the Cala Musselburgh Development, cheap locks supplied with the house, house was burgled as a result of them not fitting anti-snap locks basically rendering the house insecure, high performance sports car stolen as a result whilst my children were in bed. Now 6 weeks on from Cala coming down to inspect the damage to the doors & nothing in terms of a response, only broken promise after broken promise and missed deadlines We were also promised when sold the house the area at the side of my house would be landscaped and handed over to the factors, was constantly lied to that the works were schedule to start, but now being to Cala are waiting for costs to come back from landscapers, check out the view and we have been in the house for 18 months! Contacted Customer Care team, customer Care Manager Debbie, not once met a deadline to come back to me with updates, escalated to Scott, not once met a deadline to come to me with with an update, escalated again to Justine ( Director ) who promised an update yesterday, guess what, nothing! Absolute shambles of a customer care offering from this supposed 5 Star builder - tried raising a formal complaint on their website but guess what not working! Seriously considering selling the house!
