GoogleI was recommended to sell my land through Bury and Hilton. I got in touch with Rory who valued my land and showed me what to do as i had no idea. He did all the relevant work needed and then Emma came on board and i cannot tell you how both Rory and Emma helped me... they answered questions i had they went above and beyond i will be going back now my land sold and it was oynly on the market with bury and hilton 1 day... emma did the show round and clinched the deal...... im now waiting on the right house to come up but i will definitly be using Bury and Hilton again amazing people and this was all done proffesionally and caringly during a pandemic .... awsome team xxxxxPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOUR A LANDLORD I made two enquiries with this company for a commercial property to rent, they never bothered to get back to my emails or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional. The properties are still up for rent, I’m sure the owner of them properties would like to know they could be rented out by now if this company had got back to me.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThey were so helpful and friendly and always had time for us. We had been to another Buxton estate agent who was exactly the opposite of helpful so I have a very good frame of reference.i won't say who, but it rhymes with Bonjella.

GoogleEmma was brilliant the whole way through our house purchase. We were not based in Buxton, so she pointed us in the right direction for both our surveyor and solicitor - both of whom were brilliant. She liaised seamlessly between us and the vendor, whilst being efficient, thoughtful and kind throughout. If only all estate agents were like her.

FacebookJust viewed a house and admittedly was a few minutes late only to be shouted at by the girl doing the viewing. Spoke to office who said we could still view so went in. The girl had no mask on and when we asked her to stay outside because of no mask she became extremely rude. After a few crossed words with us she told us she couldn’t give a sh*t that she was rude to us or that we had got stuck in traffic. Appalling behaviour.

She sold our house within days and has been in constant communication since; liaising with the solicitors & pushing things through for us. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t use anybody else.
