GoogleWe would like to say the biggest thank you and leave the biggest 5 star review we possibly can. We have just sold our house through Bury and Hilton, Buxton. Emma, Ashleigh and Lindsey absolutely made our experience smooth sailing from start to finish. Emma’s knowledge of the local area and contacts within were fantastic and made us feel like we were customers on a personal level - it never once felt like we were just another house for sale. Emma treated our home with kindness and respect from the moment she stepped in through the door and she made sure we understood each step of the process (it didn’t matter how many times she had to re explain for us to fully understand). Emma liaised with the solicitors with ease and promptly and we sold within a 9 week turn around from agreement to completion. Ash and Lindsey also went above and beyond to ensure any viewings were conducted with respect and care for our home feeding back every step of the way. We cannot thank you all enough and we will miss catching up with you all.

GoogleThe Bury and Hilton team have been amazing. Emma went above and beyond to help me rent my property out. With living abroad the time difference gets in the way but Emma was always in contact updating me and making sure the process was smooth . I couldn’t recommend Emma enough nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again and I’m sure i will be using you again at some point in the future.

GoogleWe had 3 estate agents view our property we wanted to sell and found Emma knowledgable, friendly, and straight to the point, she listed the house quickly and we sold after 4 viewings and 4 weeks on the market, it’s been a stressful 6 months since we agreed a sale but Emma has kept us updated and listened to our concerns with the Solictors we used who were less than helpful. Emma thank you for being an ear for me to rant to, thank you for helping as much as you possibly could! We finally got there in the end. Highly recommend Emma and the team at bury and Hilton.

GoogleCan't praise Bury & Hilton enough for their professionalism and excellent customer service over the last 6 months. When our property sale was delayed by Probate, the staff were proactive, keeping us and the vendors regularly updated. Their advice, experience and support led to successful completion of the sale. They were also very friendly and prompt in responding to queries. I am happy to recommend their services to prospective clients.

She was honest in her assessment of the property, provided genuine expert advice on the local market, and was incredibly proactive in arranging viewings, following up, and working closely with the solicitors and sellers to push things forward. She also has a great balance between having a personal touch with clients and understanding their situations, and being a top class professional.
