Emma Mycock is one in a million. Honestly i dont know how to even explain. I had a terrible solicitor and as a first time buyer I was in bits! Emma was empathetic and went above and beyond for me. She honestly went above what her job to make sure that i felt calm and collected and helped fix the issues with my solicitor! Bury and Hilton need to give her a massive raise in my eyes, as she even checked on me outside of her working hours and reassured me she would be there for me.
