GoogleHad an issue that I was not happy with. Inspection notice turned up after they inspected. Wasn't happy because I always want someone to be there to let them in. The letter itself was dated 3 days before, but it didn't turn up until after inspection..so think maybe it had been delayed in post. But the issue has been sorted...read below...
Update: after speaking to them this morning I do feel much better, the lady I spoke to from the rentals department dealt with my complaint very well... she was very polite and was understanding of my situation and suggested that I could leave my email address so that I would get any inspection notices quicker, and strate to my phone,. I feel much better after this and it would certainly avoid waiting and relying on the post to turn up on time. This way I get notices instantly giving more time to arrange. 👍

We purchased a house through them and we had issues with our own solicitors (don't get me started) and bury and hilton kept both myself and my partner updated as well as the vendors solicitors which was above and beyond their own job. I can't recommend them enough as if it wasn't for them I'm sure we would of lost out on the house, due to our useless solicitor.

FacebookJust viewed a house and admittedly was a few minutes late only to be shouted at by the girl doing the viewing. Spoke to office who said we could still view so went in. The girl had no mask on and when we asked her to stay outside because of no mask she became extremely rude. After a few crossed words with us she told us she couldn’t give a sh*t that she was rude to us or that we had got stuck in traffic. Appalling behaviour.
