GoogleI called in advance to reschedule my viewing and when I arrived at the viewing, the agent, Emma, did not even introduce herself and was extremely cold and rude throughout. She gave the vibe that she could not care less whether or not the property sold.
I was so put off the experience that I passed up on the property.
Please prioritise customer service as you are working in a people-oriented business.

Emma here, and i am somewhat shocked by your review, as i always introduce myself on viewings. It seems you have a completely different view to the viewing as what i recall happened on the viewing. You called to re arrange your viewing prior to the one we had booked in which i accommodated, however you then turned up 20 minutes late. (i had to call you to see if you were still coming)
I got out of my car and introduced myself then took you round the property. We went over several options for the property, we stood outside and had a chat where i answered lots of your questions including giving you directions to amenities around the local village.
I have been in the job for 12 years and always go above any beyond for customers, as per our other google reviews :)
