GoogleBury and hiltons staff are all Very polite and extremely helpful. We purchased a house through them and we had issues with our own solicitors (don't get me started) and bury and hilton kept both myself and my partner updated as well as the vendors solicitors which was above and beyond their own job. I can't recommend them enough as if it wasn't for them I'm sure we would of lost out on the house, due to our useless solicitor.

GoogleHad an issue that I was not happy with. Inspection notice turned up after they inspected. Wasn't happy because I always want someone to be there to let them in. The letter itself was dated 3 days before, but it didn't turn up until after inspection..so think maybe it had been delayed in post. But the issue has been sorted...read below... Update: after speaking to them this morning I do feel much better, the lady I spoke to from the rentals department dealt with my complaint very well... she was very polite and was understanding of my situation and suggested that I could leave my email address so that I would get any inspection notices quicker, and strate to my phone,. I feel much better after this and it would certainly avoid waiting and relying on the post to turn up on time. This way I get notices instantly giving more time to arrange. 👍

GoogleBury & Hilton was chosen at random from the estate agents in Buxton. Thank goodness we did! Emma has been brilliant! A combination of courtesy, kindness and above all professionalism. We are out of area, so much was left in Emma's capable hands and boy were they needed, as what should have been a straight forward sale with no chain turned out to be a 6 month horror story of problems and others incompetence.
