GoogleThe lettings team (Ben, Stuart and Ross), I can’t thank you enough for all your support and help in finding a new home to rent for myself and my family. You were all so kind and fantastic. Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly. A particular shout out to Ben, you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the keys on the planned move in date, despite this keeping you up till 23:30 the night before! We couldn’t have done it without you… if there was an award for employee of the month, I’d be sure to give it to you :)) Keep it up guys 👌

Thank you Ella for your lovely review in such detail - we are delighted to learn of your 5* review and we have let Ross, Ben and Stuart know how happy you are with their assistance. We hope to continue to exceed expectations whilst you enjoy your tenancy. PS - we don't award an 'employee of the month' but have absolutely given this to Ben for this month at your suggestion :))
