GoogleWithout doubt the most proactive Estate Agents in the area. We have brought two properties and sold one over the last 10 years, whilst living in the area. Highly recommend using Brian Cox as they are the most responsive and attentive when buying and selling property. Well done to Jeff and his team ! keep up the good work !

GoogleJeff and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with whilst completing the purchase of my first home. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Jeff at Brian Cox and the service he provided us was second to none. Jeff was always at the end of the phone with regular updates and to answer any queries we had. We couldn’t have asked for more. The transaction went through as smooth as can be too. I would not hesitate to use Jeff and Brian Cox again and have urged my friends and family to contact them in any future property purchases. Thank you once again.

GoogleWorst service ever. I’d a conversation with the MD of this company regarding the new property as I’d a bad experience of one of their colleague regarding the property. Few days back I’ve submitted again query regarding property and no one is responding. Worst estate agent ever. Never choose this one. There are so many estate agents that are so nice and it was my bad that I was trying to contact you.

GoogleThe Northolt office were highly professional and helped me throughout my purchase. In particular I would like to thank James for his patience and understanding in what was a very stressful time, his mannerism and professional approach was second to none.

GoogleJeff and the team sold my mothers house very efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. They were on the ball in chasing people on my behalf. A thoroughly professional service.

GoogleI cannot recommend Jeff Sullivan at Brian Cox Northolt branch enough. He has gone above and beyond to help me with the sale of a 3 bed bungalow. His advice and guidance has been invaluable. Nothing has been too much trouble. He is responsive and great at keeping me informed at every stage. He has made great recommendations of suppliers from solicitors, clearance companies and removal services. Highly recommend

GoogleCouldn’t have give the team at Brian Cox a better review. They were so helpful in helping me sell my flat in a record 4(!) days! The team was very switched on, and have identified a list of potential buyers they could call even before the adverts were up. They were very helpful during the long transaction process too. I would highly recommend using Brian Cox when you are buying or selling properties in the Northolt area.

GoogleWe couldn't have picked a better Estate Agent to sell our house. Jeff and his team were beyond helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Always willing to answer our many questions. They are truly professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They kept us informed of all the viewings and results thereafter. They never once turned up without advising us first. An exceptional service . We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jeff and his wonderful team.

GoogleBrian Cox & Co (Oldfield Lane North, Greenford office). We were downsizing after living in our home for 27 years and were understandably nervous about putting our home on the market, however, we need not have worried because, from the first visit to our home, Daniel Jed put our minds at rest. Out of the three estate agents we received valuations from, we decided to go with Brian Cox and Co and we were not disappointed. Daniel, and his staff, Emma Gerald, and Kinga Andrasik were professional and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. They kept us updated at all times via phone and email. Putting our home on the market to selling our home, took just over two months and this was due to the excellent service they provided, so, therefore, we would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. GoogleVery poor experience ! With estate agents trying to arrange a generous backhander ! For me to be able to secure an offer !! (I doubt sellers are aware of that ?) What a crazy work ethic !! Let me know if you require further details .

GoogleEmma was not like other agents. She was calm, easy going but got the job done. She negotiated through any issues and gave good practical advice. Would recommend!
