GoogleI had a pleasingly positive experience with Emma and the team ( James and Abdul) during the sale of my property. Their knowledge of the properly market in Greenford is sound. As a new mum, they were very understanding of my time and capacity constraints and as such went the extra mile to ensure the property was marketed well and to assist me as the seller. They found a credible buyer and negotiated an agreeable deal within 3 weeks of it being on the market. Throughout the conveyancing process Emma was very responsive often chasing matters and following up in a timely manner.

GoogleNever had issues with this company untill recently. Reported a lack of water pressure a month ago and still no resolution. Our pressure is now so low I cannot shower in my own property let alone do any laundry. I have sent several emails and called and have been ignored. The customer service is abysmal. To ignore a tenant to this level with a lack of basic sanitation and hygiene is an absolute disgrace.
