GoogleVery unprofessional, rude all Branches of Brian Cox they called me to arrange appointment I booked with them. On the day of of appointment they said there’s no appointment book luckily I called before attending After several calls I found out they even did not have clue. Waste my time not reliable.

GoogleHi all, I am really disappointed with the service I received by the letting department specially the person who we’re dealing with me were in poor communication, unprofessional and untrusted Karlos, even though their fees are high they deal with dated and unprofessional referencing company, avoid.

GoogleI made one of the best choices in my life in starting the cooperation with Brian Cox Estate Agents, Northolt Branch. All the employees of the branch were involved, meticulous and so very well prepared for their job. That said, the true real estate agent has definitely been the branch manager, Mr Jeff O’Sullivan. I want to spare a few good words here to emphasize his input and help in the sale of our house as well as the purchase of the new one. Jeff has vast industry experience and professional knowledge gained throughout the years of hard work and performance of his duties. He never lacks self-confidence and is not afraid to make unpopular decisions as long as he deems them beneficial to the client. He has always been well-organised and open to an exchange of opinions. He has this ease in establishing contacts and a very pleasant manner about himself which translates into a very positive perception that we, his partners and other clients have of him (which I have had a chance to notice myself, obviously). He is very open and smiley which makes winning people over very easy indeed, as proven with our example. All these attributes made it possible for him to accomplish our goals with such ease, obtain the desired sale price and finish the house sale within the deadline, which required a lot of effort and regularity. He is a manager who overseees the performance of all the tasks, some of which he carries out himself and some he delegates to others. It is only because of this that even the most elaborate endeavours can be accomplished successfully. Jeff is efficient in his actions, businesslike and to the point, at the same time being very convincing. He is also very punctual and meticulous and his communication skills are of the highest calibre. He is able to immediately and precisely determine the needs of his clients, including mine and my buyer. Jeff has always been at our disposal, kind and devoted to his duties. The correspondence with him was lightning-fast. He always replied to emails pretty much immediately or called back if he was not able to pick up the phone. At all times I have felt that his work was of the highest possible standard. He had solved even the most complicated problems and found solutions to them by assessing the associated risk and being able to see the advantages and possible losses. He has also advised us during the purchase of the new property, unselfishly working with third parties during the process. A trader like this is a true asset to any team. He is very efficient, at the same time endearing himself to his clients. He is able to remain patient and cold-blooded in business situations. I can honestly say that Jeff’s qualifications and personality predispose him to work in departments focused on client acquisition and building long-standing relationships. Jeff, you are a wonderful man. We can’t express our gratitude to you enough and I personally have felt during the last few months as if working with my own brother or father. Frankly, I could say that I have probably never worked with anyone as professional and businesslike on any platform before. One is simply not born a manager. I believe that long-term development, education and practice let you achieve so much more than innate but not perfected skills and talent. Jeff can serve as an example and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to his future clients. The same goes for his pleasant and hard-working personnel. I can congratulate the Brian Cox managing board and the supervisors on an employee as good and professional as Jeff. Jeff, thank you for the whole 6 months. I could always count on you right from the first day until the last. You are a star!

GoogleDiscriminators, English it is not my first language , but Im many years in UK , maybe still some accent left, but every one understands me, but when called letting department to report some problem in my property, lady who answered my phone call pretended like she don't understand me, even I repeated same word to her five times, even spell it to her, avoid.

GoogleWorst estate agents in the market. I had three appointments booked in a row on 6th June 2018 at 3.00pm, 3.15pm & 3.30pm but no one was there at place to show property !!! I left my work early for these viewings, wasted my day !!! When I called them they don't bother !!! Unprofessional and arrogant !!!

GoogleI had a viewing for a property and I liked the place so I gave them an offer which was the asking price. The next working they someone called me from the office and asked me what do you think about the property it was like they don't keep my details and my offer.the next day I called them and gave them my details to see what happened to my offer and they booked my for viewing!!!! It was like they have no idea what they are doing. I gave them an offer of the asking price but they told me there is a higher offer than mine and vender wants more money and they refused to tell me the highest offer and they told me it's confidential!!!! I was like you asking for more money but you don't tell me how much is the highest offer? How should I know how much do I have to increase my offer £5, £500 or £5000 ... I said ok I don't want that place. It was very dodgy .

GoogleThey are moving the viewing date on the viewing day! And after you got a day off your work you find out that you will need to take another one - at least... I cannot recommend such service to anyone.. beware
