GoogleWe bought a house straight after the first lockdown was over 2020. The Brennan Ayre O'Neill team worked fast even in the toughest of situations. They let us go to the house a few times to see it. Shame about the solicitors being rather slow and needing a push all the time which the estate agents did on our behalf. Got the house just before Xmas and lockdown 3. Would recommend this estate agent if selling a house.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI purchased a house through B.A.O and I cannot recommend them enough. Their communication exceeded my expectations. Emma, in particular was always there for us answering any niggles or concerns we may have raised mainly in a a matter of hours. We had been in contact with other agents in the area but found them to be disorgansised, not nearly as good with communications also sometimes duplicating e- mails and not finding ours. If you want precision, a courteous manner and an estate agent really seeking out what you want then we would totally recommend Brennan Ayr O'Neill in Bromborough for your house purchase. GoogleEmma was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of us purchasing our property. She helped us arrange multiple viewings during the process in order for us to get organised for when the property was ours. Nothing was too much for her she was amazing! The day the purchase went through Sandy was in constant contact with us solving any issues faced our way! Without her help the sale wouldn’t have gone through when is did so thank you so much! Sandy even stayed in the office after it had closed to wait on our solicitor to finalise everything to give us the keys that evening! literally couldn’t rate the Bromborough Brennan team enough they were fantastic ! They recommended some improvements before I put it onto the market and even provided the names of tradesmen to do the work, which was of top quality. All if the staff were polite, professional and courteous and they were a pleasure to deal with. My house sold at the price I was looking for within two weeks and I completed in under 3 months.
