GoogleCannot praise Tom, Emma and the rest of the team highly enough. During a long drawn out sale, from the buyers side, we were kept fully up to date even if it just to let us know there was nothing to update. Would not even consider using another Estate agent should the need arise in the future.

GoogleThe solicitors and other estate agents I dealt with during the move caused a lot of unnecessary stress. If they had performed to the level that BAO did, our move would have been quick and easy. This is not the first time I have worked with BAO in Bromboriugh, and every time I have done so they have been friendly, professional, and delivered without any problems. If I ever move again I will most certainly go through BAO. Thank you all so much!! Michael

GoogleBuyer Sadly, a purchase previously fell through due to no fault of our own and it left what we felt a deceitful and unpleasant experience. House buying and selling is stressful enough without added problems along the way. So, we had to start over again with a purchase (no property to sell) we found a bungalow with BAO with no chain involved. Tom was empathic and listened well to our needs and handled the negotiation with the vendor. Once the offer was accepted, we advised that we would always keep Emma, Chloe and team up to date with anything we heard so this could be relayed to the vendor, so nobody was kept out of the loop. At all stages everyone was up to speed, no one felt out of the loop from either side. Queries were dealt with promptly, handled empathically and professionally. In a time where more and more estate agents have to justify their fees when selling properties with cheaper options available, I can honestly say from start to finish from Tom, through to the whole team we felt sure of our position through the whole process we experienced. Thank you one and all for putting up with me the wife who towards the end of the process was like an excited duracel bunny.

GoogleWe were involved in a long, drawn out purchase, and were very pleased with how proactive the team at Brennan Ayre O'Neill Bromborough were. When other parties seemed to be content to let things drag on, they did what they could to advance the sale, and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Also, they were always happy to oblige us with visits to the property when we requested them, and we requested quite a few! A very friendly and professional team that we hope to do business with again.
