GoogleWe have recently sold a property through the Bromborough branch and there aren't enough superlatives to describe the staff. They are cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. They keep in contact with all parties in the chain to update you, the client, which takes away a lot of the stress. Thank you BAO. Would highly recommend.

GoogleGAZUMPED GASUMPED GAZUMPED !!! Liz from Prenton done the viewing, told us it was her own property ! spent ages with her discussing the house , said we would be in touch In the morning which we did . She accepted our offer as we were cash buyers as she wanted a quick no mess sale ie no mortgage needed, took all the necessary details and said she would instruct Emma from bromborough office straight away ! Then we get a call off liz saying there’s been a better offer and now Emma’s dealing with everything, Emma said she agreed with me that this was wrong but it’s entirely upto the vendor Liz and that she wants to accept a better offer !!! Today I had one of the owners BAO call me to say at the end of the day everyone wants to get the best on price and sorry if you feel let down but that’s the way it is . We certainly feel we have been shafted . We looked at their reviews and seems Liz and Emma let down others in similar situations so make your own minds up before getting shafted yourselves.

GoogleAmazing Customer Service, nothing too much trouble During the sale of my late fathers property I dealt with most of the sales team at some point, everyone has been helpful, polite and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have been spot on with the valuation of the property and the pictures that Tom took for the sales brochure were amazing. All of the communication has been first class - I cannot fault the staff in any way. I would highly recommend Brennan, Ayre O'Neil to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property

GoogleOffered on a property on 26th August. Took them until 6th September to let me know that this had been rejected. This was despite the fact that I had emailed them multiple times chasing for an update, and being told by Emma that I would hear back on 4th September. I even received a mail from Liz on 5th September, asking for feedback and whether I’d offer on the property. Despite the fact I had offered around 10 days prior. Awful comms with clients, and clearly awful comms within house

GoogleThe entire team that we dealt with at BAO was consistently outstanding. We had to sell our property while living in another country and the BAO team helped us so much to prepare the property, advise us and once our property was ready, the listing was just right. We obtained multiple offers and the entire process through contract exchange went smoothly. We were always promptly kept informed of any issues and our questions were always answered within the day. GoogleWe sold our place with these guys, against the advice of a few other agents, who had branches more locally (we sold our home in Pensby). We were told we would get a limited audience from an agent based 20 minutes drive away. That wasn't the case. Tom, Emma, and the rest of the team were fantastic and very personable. We sold in two weeks from listing, and the following period up to completion went smoothly, something which was helped greatly by their fast and efficient work.
