GoogleAwful experience, extremely poor communication, looked to justify their reasons for not living up to what they should re service charge as opposed to solving issues they should be solving, a secure door with fob was left hanging open for 9months before being fixed....no recommendation to any resident if dealing with them as your management company

Neil helped us with very complex deal to get over the line and he not only got us best rents but he helped us structure and sort out the deal. His involvement throughout the deal is worth mentioning. GoogleAt Watford offfice mark who works there is very unprofessional and rude, personally I would say do not use this office they run a clown show and do not care about there customers.

Dear Ers, We felt the need to reply to your comment as it does not represent us or the situation fairly or accurately. In our opinion our colleague dealt with the interaction in a correct and courteous way, outlining the situation clearly. To clarify your offer on a property we are marketing received numerous offers from other interested parties. After your call, a Principal of the firm called you to try to resolve the matter. You did not give him the opportunity to talk, then proceeded to shout obscenities to him before hanging up. We feel we have acted correctly in this matter but do not take kindly to verbal abuse.

GoogleThe most inept residential property management company in London, if not the world. Failed to deal with homeless people entering our building for over a year, placing residents at serious risk with some experiencing physical harm in their own homes. Company shows zero empathy and denies every single act of contention. If I could give zero stars I would.
