GoogleWe were looking for new premises (industrial unit) in the Watford region last year. Unlike nearly all their competitors in the region who routinely ghost businesses, Brasier Freeth positively engaged throughout and we rented a new unit through them. I dealt with Issy Wash & Elliot Fletcher, both were friendly and prompt to deal with/chase matters. Elliot in fact saved the day when a legal hiccup almost caused the deal to fall apart at completion, going beyond the basic job to make sure everything went through.
Put simply if you want to rent or buy commercial premises in South West Hertfordshire Brasier Freeth are the only agents you need to go to!

We have worked with Brasier Freeth since 2017 when we chose them to become the letting agents for our trading estate in Hertford.
We have always had a good working relationship so when it became time to sell the estate they were the obvious choice.
This is when our expectations were exceeded with the way they handled all the complicated procedures for what became a long drawn out process.
The whole team were hugely supportive and delt with all problems and queries in a fast efficient way as they arose.
