Hi Lottie, i'd really love to have a discussion about this. I've been here for 10 years and I know of just about every situation, concern, or complaint that has ever happened. I'll be honest, it's rare, and i certainly don't remember anything within a year of the timing here. We're not perfect by any means - but we pride ourselves on dealing with issues when they come up. My other concern is that your review is a word for word copy of a review you posted for Your move in Canterbury. It seems odd that 2 agents can mirror their service to such an extent that you would cut and paste a review. Happy to discuss, please contact me on the office number and we'll talk it through.

GoogleMy daughter has wasted 6 months on a purchase, that was supposed to exchange contracts this week, it has fallen through today, she has incurred all the search costs etc, and has constantly been fobbed off with one excuse or another to bide time, This should of been chased from the onset, and any alarm bells highlighted! In the mean time she could of looked at other properties, now being so close to Christmas there is very little on the market, so not very happy, honesty is the best policy !

It dawned on me today how lucky I am to have this and that I should leave feedback for Richard and his team. Without Richard, I would not have got the house I wanted. I chose Richard over the other estate agents that gave their sales talk, it didn't take long to realise Richard was more honest and straight forward than others. Richard explained the process clearly. As usual, with selling a house, there were a few hicups such as a buyer pulling out, but the team worked round this and got another one allowing me to keep the house I wanted to buy.
