GoogleLet's face it, estate agents don't always get a good press, but there are superb gold standard exceptions and Bradley Bishop is a twenty four carat example. Apart from being a total professional, Richard demonstrated a genuine interest in our home and it was clear from the outset that his is anything but a one size fits all approach. Ours was a fairly unusual rural property and he immediately understood that what we were selling was a lifestyle rather than just bricks and mortar and tailored his marketing accordingly. Aided by an excellent team of support staff he guided us through the sales process and, despite the inevitable glitches along the way, supported us at all times with great sensitivity. That made the experience far easier to deal with. We got our sale and that was in no small measure down to the care he took in finding just the right buyers. Richard also has a great sense of humour and was a pleasure to work with. From the outset, I felt at ease by speaking to someone and the response to my going forward was just as good. We felt that we were listened to, there was no pressure to decide anything and the experience was pleasant from begining to the end. GoogleA great company for selling your house but in addition to this they have a lot of knowledge on the whole selling & buying process which they are happy to share with you. Friendly and efficient service but what I liked most was they they aren’t pushy like some agents are. They let you make decisions in your own time without calling or emailing every day. They are however, speedy to respond if you have questions or queries. We have no plans to move in the near future but if we were then Bradly Bishop would be the first call we would make. Googlei used the ashford branch in kent, and after that i would say avoid these people like the plague. they gave me the worst buying experience i have ever had. i am convinced that they played myself and the seller against each other in order to push the price up. if it hadn't have cost me so much to pull out of the purchase i would have done. i would never use these people again.
Hi Andrew. I'll be honest, we're very surprised by this review. At no point during the process of buying did you express to us that you were unhappy with our service. If you had then maybe you feeling like this could have been avoided. At the point of agreeing the sale we had you and another client who'd offered on the property. We recommended you to our vendor over the other client as you were in a better position as an investor, even though the other client had offered a higher amount. If we were only trying to get the best price we would have recommended the other client, but your situation and understanding of the process set you above them and i thought you'd be a good client to work with. We presented both offers to our vendor and they went with our recommendation of buyer - which was you. You instructed your choice of solicitor (not ours - so i can't comment on why they would've charged you if you'd pulled out) and since then you've worked with our progression team and I've only heard good things. The price of the apartment has gone up since you agreed the sale (in fact an identical one in the next block sold 3 months ago for more than you paid) which is good news for you. As you decided to rent it out we dropped the keys off to the lettings agent as you requested last week, no fuss, no problems and when the lettings agent asked me what you were like i said "he's a lovely chap" so to be honest Andrew I'm a bit lost with what to say. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. If you look at our previous reviews you'll see that.. and if we've made a mistake and need to learn from it then we will. We're human - we're not a big corporate company. I'm happy to talk about this. My mobile number is 07542723261. It's bank holiday but you can call. I'd much rather have a conversation than publicly go back and forth. It's a shame we didn't do that before. Richard
