GoogleVery professionally team at the Quadrant office. Being a first time buyer in UK, I don’t have much knowledge regarding the purchase process and lots of the questions on the way. Sam Symonds, the Branch Manager is very helpful, particularly on the price negotiation side and Mandy Atkins, Sales Progressor help me to smooth the whole process among varies parties, eg solicitors and surveyor. Personally I use their services twice, one for my own home and one for my investment property. I HIGHLY recommend their services.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

He informed us he knew of one coming onto the market shortly that may be suitable. In the weeks to follow he kept us informed of when the house would come onto the market and sent us the details, once confirmed. I saw Ciaran who helped me work out a realistic idea of what I could afford within my budget and took his time to go through the houses within my budget that matched what I was looking for in my new house. Ciaran had me booked in for viewings really quickly and has been very responsive to all my questions and made himself available whenever I needed him.
