GoogleAndy, David and Carol have been amazing in their support, communication and professionalism throughout the process of my house sale , unfortunately there have been some unforseen bumps in the road, but all staff in Harpenden branch have been steadfast in their support and advise, I doubt I would have received this from another agency. I could not recommend Bradford and Howley highly enough for their services, never any pressure, fair realistic expectations given , top marks from me.
The whole team at Bradford and Howley really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a positive review. We always endeavour to support people through what can be a stressful process and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer support throughout.

GoogleBradford and Howley helped us to both sell our house and buy our new one. Mandy James was so good that she sold our previous house 3 times in a matter of days. She’s not only fantastic at her job but also compassionate and really cares about her clients working hard to find us our perfect home. We had ultimate trust in Mandy and Bradford and Howley, unlike any other agent we’d come across before. We would definitely use B&H again based on the great service we received

Yet to complete my sale, but I have every confidence in Carol’s negotiating skills and tenacity to get people through the door and offers on the table, in the midst of a very challenging housing market.

GoogleGreat experience using Bradford & Howley. Of all the agents who we spoke with they seemed to care most about our needs and concerns, this was initially handled by Sam Symonds. The open day was organised very well, they ensured there were lots of potential buyers in attendance and Ciaran Murphy & Louise Bishop made the effort of walking through the property with me the day before to ensure they had all the information ready for potential buyers. They were both also brilliant with those in attendance at the open day, our eventual buyers commented on how good they were compared to others agents they had experienced. Would definitely use this agent again.

The communication has been fantastic, with regular updates throughout the process. They organised a very successful open day for our house that resulted in five offers and a sale over the asking price. Sam and Ciaran have been so helpful and go above and beyond for their clients - we hugely appreciated Ciaran working late to get the sale wrapped up for us. Everyone at the office has been incredibly professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
