GoogleAfter a negative experience with Bracketts nearly 9 years ago, I was adamant I wouldn't use them again but following a really great initial meeting with Matt who was both apologetic about the previous business without bad-mouthing his predecessor, I was happy to give them a try. They agreed to match a competitor's fee and from then on, everyone we dealt with at Bracketts; Nick, Jamie, Lucy, Brian and of course Janice, was just lovely. Professional yet very personable. Communication was excellent throughout our purchase and sale, often filling in the gaps we had from our solicitors. They worked hard to sell our house quickly and enabled us to complete before the SDRT holiday ended. Really lovely team!

GoogleMatt and the team at Bracketts are fantastic. After our initial viewing all communications and feedback were excellent and things were progressing smoothly while the solicitors did their bit. It got to the point where we were 1 week away from exchange and things went horribly wrong with the sellers (They pulled out and wanted to re-list the property for no reason) we had already spent 1000s on legal fees and surveys. Thankfully Matt managed to get the deal across the line, if it hadn't had been for Matt we would have been back to square one. If you want an Estate Agents you can trust use Bracketts. Special mention to Janice too who was always available and keeping us updated throughout the process.

GoogleJamie and the team were absolutely fantastic during the purchase of our new home. Having used Jamie at Bracketts previously for also selling a property for me, he and the team exceeded expectations again. The team are always friendly, responsive and professional. Nick who initially showed us the house was professional, helpful and informative. Lucy was always extremely helpful and polite during some potentially difficult conversations with us, really softening the blow! Jamie is one of the most fantastic negotiators working hard for his client but also supporting the buyer in the process. Bracketts always provided solutions when presenting an issue, nothing was unsolvable for them. I would recommend the team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Tonbridge and surrounding areas, they are truly a 5 star service. Definitely a few dodgy agents in the town now, so Bracketts are the one to go with for anything for property! Thanks again Jamie, Nick, Lucy & the whole team.

GoogleWorst Letting Agent and their services in Tonbridge please stay away. Recently moved into an Apartment managed by Bracketts they charged me the highest Rent compared to the other apartments in the vicinity. The house was not properly cleaned nor inspected. The toilet flush was not working, the balcony has stinking stuff to name a few. It's been a week and they have not given me the Inventory checklist, the worst customer service I have seen.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is bizarre a one star review less than 24 hours of having your emergency being addressed by the Lettings Manager yesterday. You had called in on the date to state that the balcony was not clean, as you have taken a top floor apartment the cleaner is not able to clean all external balcony rails this is for the block management which had also been addressed by the manager to the block management. To address the clean, a member of staff met you prior to your move and at that time the flat did require cleaning a deep clean throughout. Please note that this was carried out the following day before key collection and ALL areas inside the flat were cleaned to a high standard- this was also inspected by a member of staff and reflected in the inventory report which is in process. There was a delay to the report as the inspector required to update the report which does tend to happen before sending to the residing tenants. As for charging you the highest rent, the property was marketed at the value seen on all sites and you personally were not charged any higher than anyone else as you offered the advertised rent for the flat with a commitment of 12 months. Should you not be pleased with the service it would have been best to call the office to speak with a member of staff as review is not one where a member of staff can help you on directly as a simple phone call could.

GoogleI was very pleased with the service we received from Bracketts. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The sale went through at a the second attempt after the first buyers pulled out over planning issues. However the eventual buyer has completed the purchase so we very satisfied. What is impressive is that the entire transaction and all our dealings with Bracketts have been at arms length and virtual. They have adopted the new ways of working around Covid 19 very well.
