GoogleGreat service throughout the process. I was especially impressed with the way Bracketts managed the sale process from offer to exchange calling up and down the chain to ensure everyone had what they needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Dear Andrew - thank you for entrusting Bracketts with this sale and we're delighted to receive your review which is very much appreciated. Sending our best wishes from all the team at Bracketts

GoogleWe have moved to Tunbridge Wells during the pandemic in 2020, which made things more complicated by finding a decent property; after being in contact with couple local estate agencies, we came across Brackets which is very well known in town apparently for its amazing services; what can I say - Janie - was absolutely brilliant! She was so helpful from day 1, she went extra mile to accommodate our requirements and find a property for us according to our needs! We stayed in touch ever after as she would be assisting us with any query we may have! Thank you for such a warm welcoming to Janie and the whole team!
Martyna thank you so much for your wonderful review! It has been such a joy to help you, I wish you and your family all the best in the next chapter. If you move back to the area we would be thrilled to find a home for you again. All the best Janie

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tyson Sheppard at Bracketts Surveyors Tunbridge Wells. He carried out a thorough survey highlighting a problem with a drain and recommended that we get a further drain report. Thank goodness we did as it highlighted a significant problem. Great service from booking the survey to a verbal after the survey and the paper copy within 5 working days.
Hi Alison. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for Tyson: We're pleased that Tyson was able to guide you through this process and highlight these issues for you. Best wishes, and please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of help in the future.

GoogleWe put our home on the market in June 2021. We had problems from the start. In February 2023 we changed agents to Bracketts, Tunbridge Wells. What a difference! They communicated with us all the way, we accepted an offer soon after remarketing, and have exchanged today! Thoroughly recommend.
Hi Marilyn It was an absolute pleasure to make this all come together for you., We were shocked to learn of your experience with your former agent but grateful that you trusted us with your business so we could show you that not all agents are the same. Working with you to make this move happen, and knowing that today you exchanged contracts after just 7 weeks has absolutely made our day. Now onto the task of packing, and the move itself. We're always here for you need any help in the future, and thank you for taking the time to leave us this 5 * review. All the best from the whole sales team :)

GoogleMy experience with Bracketts was unbelieveable! Smooth would be an understatement. I can't recommend high enough Becky(Rebbeca Chapman), her courtesy, availability and support throughout the viewing and signing the contract was amazing. No question was ever too much. She would always go the extra mile to make her clients happy. I'm happy to say i'd probably always stick with Brackett's from now on!

GoogleVery approachable ,kind ,and helpful Thank you Hannah(Bracketts branch)for your tremendous support from the beginning. Hannah is absolutely amazing in making our rent period of almost 3 years, and still counting, stress free as possible. Her attention to the minutest of detail is unbelievable and she is extremely personable and always available for any questions or any problems we have. She is more like a friend than an agent. If I could give her a 100 star review, I would. Thank you Hannah, for everything. Would definitely choose/recommend The Bracketts state agent in the future too, especially Hannah❤️ Ancuta and Cristian Chira

GoogleLucy Martin from Bracketts helped me sell my property and I couldn't give her higher praise. Not only did she do an excellent job as my agent, but also mediated between myself and my buyer. She went over and above, and always gave prompt and friendly service. Very happy with Lucy and Bracketts as a whole, and will definitely use them again.
Hi Alex Thank you for taking the time to leave a 5* review for Lucy and Bracketts. We'll be sure to pass your thanks onto Lucy. Wishing you all the best in your new home from us all at Bracketts.

GoogleWe were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Bracketts for our level 3 survey. Nick Butler, who carried out the survey, was excellent from start to finish. The survey itself was extremely thorough and informative, and gave useful practical action points. Post survey, Nick was also very helpful & reassuring, with a follow up call to discuss his report and answering email queries.
Hi Emma Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review for Nick which I have shared to him. As you’ll have experienced first-hand, having a pre-purchase survey means you can purchase with your eyes wide open and have unlimited advice on hand to make a truly informed decision on whether to proceed. Nick, (and all our surveyors) are on hand post purchase too so you have a professional who can guide you through any modifications, remedial work, or improvements. If we can be of any help in the future, please do not hesitate to ask.

GoogleJamie took the time to understand the location and attributes that I needed in my new home. When such a house came to market, Jamie moved quickly to arrange a viewing and agree my purchase price with the seller. I was then impressed by Janice, the Sale Progressor, who displayed enthusiasm and stamina to move both my purchase and the other members in the chain forward to exchange of contracts. The whole process felt like I had my own personal estate agent. Thoroughly recommended. Regards
Jamie is a real assett to our company and we appreciate your comments.
