GoogleFantastic service, particularly after the offer was accepted, in chasing down all the parties to get exchanged. That is the part of the process often overlooked, but to a seller is the most important and stressful. Janice was excellent (not that the sales team weren't!). Would highly recommend!

GoogleHaving always been a tenant directly with landlords, I was hesitant about going through an agent. I must say this process was so easy. I mostly dealt with Ruth who was a fantastic support. Wendy and her team really went above and beyond to make my move a smooth one. Everything was timely, communicative and just very easy. I knew what was happening at every step. If I were in the position to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bracketts team in Tonbridge. Thank you Ruth and Wendy for all of your support and making the transition a seamlessly simple one!
Thank you for your review. I will be sure to pass on your comments regarding Wendy & Ruth. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

GoogleFrom start to finish the experience with dealing with Bracketts was smooth and without problems. They were recommended by word of mouth an delived exceptional service. What was a difficult time for me, Bracketts took this on board and made my experience very good. They were understanding to both myself and the buyers. Highly recommended, as an agent that was professional and not "pushy" in any way.

GoogleI contacted Bracketts while looking for a flat to rent with my partner following an ad on Rightmove. I spoke to Ruth who carried us through the entire process from enquiry and application up to deposit. Ruth is an asset to the Tonbridge Branch; an excellent agent with great people skills and deep understanding of customer needs. We had an opportunity to meet Wendy and Sandra too, in fact the entire team at Bracketts are friendly, accommodating and understanding. I will certainly be recommending their services and using them again in the future.
Thanks for the great feedback Tamara.

GoogleBracketts have been outstanding. I had two properties that I needed to sell quickly and the whole team went over and above. I’ve bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have never experienced such a positive and highly professional service from the start right through to the very end from each member of the sales team and sales progression team. It wasn’t always straight forward, as it rarely is, but I was kept fully updated at all times to ensure two successful and quick sales and I’m very grateful. It certainly made everything much easier for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bracketts in the future. Thanks all
Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate your positive review and it was great to work with you.

GoogleI spoke with a really rude guy on the phone here recently
Hi Chris - as we haven't heard back from you after reaching out via this review, I'm assuming you've confused us with someone else so have requested this review is removed by google as it doesn't pertain to our business. I do think people read reviews, especially the negative ones, so we do take this very seriously. If we can ever be of any help, or if you'd like to discuss this, then please do give me a call on 01892 533733 and ask for Sarah Hi Chris, There's no record of you having been in touch, so perhaps you would like to call and speak to me so we can get to the bottom of this. Please ask for me, Sarah@bracketts.co.uk / 01892 533733. I've worked here for 16 years so know all the staff well and genuinely don't think we have anyone rude working here. We have unfortunately had a competitor leaving a fake review previously, so I'd really like to verify the circumstances that led you to leave such a negative comment. Many thanks, and hope we can speak soon.
