GoogleWe want to say a big thank you to Kim Stephenson and his team for providing us with outstanding service from the moment we first enquired about a property on their books. Always friendly, professional and patient, especially when we asked to see the property several times prior to making an offer. Kim was very attentive and followed up all our questions with the vendor in a thorough and timely manner. We were also very impressed with the service we received from Phil and Helen. They could not have been more helpful or courteous. The icing on the cake came when Phil gave me a bottle of champagne when I went to collect the keys for our new home.

GoogleKim and the team at Bracketts were fantastic to deal with throughout our house purchase. We had a bit of a rocky road with significant problems coming up in the survey...and a tricky chain as well, but Kim kept on top of everything and helped us through the negotiations. He even went out of his way to hand deliver documents to us on one occasion. Thank you Kim and Bracketts - We are very happy in our new home!

GoogleBracketts, Tunbridge Wells were a joy to deal with right from the start. Anna came out to value initially and then I dealt with Phil for sales progressing. I achieved an excellent price for my property and dealing with Phil on a weekly basis was nothing short of a joy. Professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and all you could want in an agent. I can't say enough good things about this branch. I am happy I chose Bracketts for my sale.

GoogleSarah from Bracketts managed the sale of our house in the village area of Tunbridge Wells. On her initial visit she highlighted improvements we could make to best prepare the house for sale. Sarah is very experienced, with an excellent understanding of the market in our area and justified the sale price she proposed we put our house. Sarah provided a very professional service throughout and kept us up to date with feedback from viewings. When negotiating “sale agreed”, Sarah was an excellent facilitator between us and the new buyers. Any issues raised by the buyers were dealt with by Sarah, and the residential team at Brackkets, in a timely fashion to ensure completion occurred on time and co-ordinated perfectly with our related purchase. I would highly recommend Sarah and the rest of the residential team at Bracketts.
