I am writing this review to express our appreciation for the excellent service received from Bracketts, Tunbridge Wells. Having been through numerous letting agents who wasn't helpful or even want to entertain us with our situation, we were fortunate to be shown a flat by Rebecca Chapman from Bracketts. she was professional, informative, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Not only has she given us a new insight of where we want to make our first home (as we have recently return from aboard) she has kept us updated throughout the process after we had made an offer for a flat near High Broom area. The landlord accept our offer but I know for a fact if it wasn’t for Rebecca we wouldn’t have got accepted. we were near the process of signing the tenancy agreement, even gone through with the referencing. The landlord unfortunately pulled out from the agreement just when we were so near to the final stage. Rebecca knew I was very disappointed after receiving the news. She reassure me it was for the better if landlord wouldn’t take us as tenant. Within a short period of time, Rebecca and the team was very efficient in finding us another property near the area which turned out to be a real "gem" for us. We have now settle in our new home and I can only say we are forever grateful to come across a letting agents who cares about their customer and use their initiative in finding a great home for them. We have just completed our sale which took longer than usual due to the lockdown. We wanted to write this review to express our gratitude to the great team at Bracketts in Tonbridge. Janice in particular was fantastic right the way through this transaction. Nothing was every too much trouble and she kept us updated on a daily basis. Jamie was also fantastic and again nothing was too much trouble and he was there throughout the whole process and lockdown reassuring us. We totally recommend Bracketts in Tonbridge. From our first inquiry through to final completion on our house sale, we were extremely impressed with Matthew, Jamie, Janice and the team at Tonbridge. They always demonstrated a refreshing ‘can-do’ attitude and we always trusted them to crack on and deal with everything. A special mention to Janice. In her role as ‘sales progressor’ Janice was fantastic. The way she managed to investigate, untangle and report on the progress of conveyancing activities, even under pandemic restrictions, was highly valued. I recently completed the sale of my house through Bracketts in Tonbridge, and was extremely happy and impressed with the whole service provided. I can not recommend them highly enough. Matthew and his whole team are fantastic. I had the previous year been with another local agent who didn't even get one offer. Bracketts created an attractive and honest property listing, even the photo's were better and more attractive and really showed my house off at its best. Jamie and Brian were always friendly professional and above all enthusiastic in the viewings. It took a few frogs to find the right buyer but they achieved it and got a realistic price which is all I wanted.
