TrustpilotHuge mess, low quality home, water from upstairs bathroom leaking through ceiling near front door and toilet now leaking to kitchen
Paid deposit in March 2024, We patiently waited for our home, enduring multiple delays that pushed our completion date from November 2024 to June 2025. We even agreed to move completion date by an additional week at the last minute well past the contract stop date, and what we got was such a big mess. We had to pay for a professional snagger as we noticed multiple issues as soon as we got keys. 200 plus items found by a professional snagger with items like bathroom exhaust fan not connected to roof, roof tiles about to fall off, bowed walls, floors unlevelled, misaligned kitchen cabinets, half finished utility room , the list goes on. Once we started living in the house , first day after taking a shower , water was coming through ground stairs ceiling, right in front of front door . Started using other bathroom and toilet seats came off .. one month down the line when we started using the other toilet we noticed that water from toilet is dripping to kitchen . Worst experience ever . I am not sure how long this house will hold and what else we need to face down the line. Living in fear. This is after paying such a premium , must be one of the most expensive house in the estate ..

GoogleTerrible experience. Sales team are awful and have no idea. The aftersales is non existent and once you move in, it is diabolical. Appears to be massive ground level issues throughout the estate and made groundwork changes to our property we did not permit whilst we were on holiday!!! Unwilling to sort any issues they gift you, and overall a nightmare to deal with. Wouldn't recommend, save yourself a headache.

Ellie the sales consultant was very helpful and accommodating with any requests for viewings as well as taking time to discuss options and choices. The site manager and assistant site manager also very helpful. All in all nothing was any trouble and I feel confident any issues moving forward will be addressed and resolved quickly.

We had the most incredible experience with Bovis. Nina was informative, passionate and just a wonderfully enthusiastic and knowledgeable woman. We had a rocky start with our solicitors with regards to our sale, but even that was no trouble for Nina. She was there every step of the way ready to push everything forward at every opportunity.

Moved into our new house 21st March 25 on the Cresent Kidderminster. What an horrendous journey with the sales team. They really do take incompetence to a new level, this came to a head when the sales director called me a liar on a call, after a meeting with the Ops director (who was the only one prepared to listen) Apart from Lesley in the sales office (she has been excellent), we have been lied to, generally through a lack of comms from the Vistry team. I have to say, Katie Beswick (in my opinion in a simular sales role) should not be in an Ops role, Rude, evasive and arrogant. Sort it out Vistry. Our home demo was a ship wreck, both sets of rear doors broken, wrong doors fitted to the freezer, Solar panels inoperative ( not advised until home demo 19th March) flooring lifting and upstairs toilet stinks of raw sewage and still does. Serious snagging issues TBA
