Tbh felt like is impossible for me to get any house at bovis or that is just a waste of time for me to ask questions or browse as i didn’t have my house on the market, i have asked to see garden of one of the houses, I was told that this house may be already sold by the time i sell my house, when i asked about the kitchen she said anyway is no point as i have first to put my house on the market, sales team very frustrating dont want even to plan any future purchase with them, the sale lady name is J and any questions of me asking was hearing just came back from holiday, if you know you have a potential client then the up to dates for the requested property must be done

Update: After moving in! Has taken 3.5 months on for snags to be fixed (people that moved in over 6 months ago still waiting), high staff turnover of site managers is the problem (now on the third one since I moved in April 2026). Now legal on both the Bovis side and mine have advised me incorrectly about the coachhouse situation with leasehold garages and one tenant won't pay their 15% annual insurance contribution to me. So dual complaints in and will probably end up at the Legal Ombudsman after 8 weeks! Porch missing on front of both my coachhouse and another guys coach house. Planning enforcement at Stratford-on-Avon District Council have said if they don't install it by a certain date as it's on the plans, I can go back to them and they'll get involved. New build just seems to equal stress!! Also Bovis have put private electrics from the leasehold garages under our coachhouses, through part of our red line legally owned land, across to other houses, without our knowledge at point of sale or during conveyancing. Found out after I moved in. It's not just my coachhouse, they done it at another one too. I suspect they're hoping other owners don't find out. We were both told the leasehold garages wouldn't have electric by sales. Get everything in writing off Bovis!

Terrible experience. Sales team are awful and have no idea. The aftersales is non existent and once you move in, it is diabolical. Appears to be massive ground level issues throughout the estate and made groundwork changes to our property we did not permit whilst we were on holiday!!! Unwilling to sort any issues they gift you, and overall a nightmare to deal with. Wouldn't recommend, save yourself a headache.

Well further to my earlier post,the best thing to do is to group on WhatsApp and send your concerns to th managing director of Bovis Homes at that region if all fails get on to Mr.fitzgerald c.e.o of all of Bovis
