TrustpilotBought a Bovis home 18-months ago
Bought a Bovis home 18-months ago. Still waiting on my snagging list to be completed and the promised landscaping in front of my property has not even been started, even though I was told it would have been done before Christmas last year. On a positive note it is a lovely location and neighbours are great.

I purchased a Bovis home with my husband and children January 16, we moved in July 16, the hell began, the house was not finished, holes in the walls, uneven floors, cracks in doors, wonky bannisters, wonky garden walls, creaky floors, missing roof tiles, scratched kitchen panels, plinths didn't fit properly, wonky kitchen cupboards, leaks, 4 ceilings needed replacing, rubbish under cupboards and bath panels, holes in cement in garden, cracked tiles in bathrooms, leaking toilets, mould, mastic slapped around windows.I could go on and on.Communication does not exist with Bovis. We had to pay for a structural surveyor. It was the most stressful time of our life.NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL COMPANY.We are still waiting for work to be fixed.
