GoogleWe bought a home from Bovis 18 months ago. Best decision we ever made. The sales team were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. David and Jesse were amazing and made sure everything went smoothy. We love our home and are so glad we made the decision to move to Sherford. We love it here. The quality of our home is fab. So glad we chose Bovis because they include so many extras that other developers charge for. Top quality build and fab service xx

GoogleI want to highlight how amazing the Bovis sherford sales team have been in the one year I have known them. The teams passion and love for the new growing town clearly shows in their day to day roles. The team have been nothing but incredible to myself and my partner throughout our buying process that only started off as curiosity back in early 2018. We are so grateful to the Bovis team for their genuine care and concern for their customers/potential buyers that it has made our new build journey so easy and exciting. It is very clear to us that Bovis Homes are the outstanding company in all areas in our experience, we could not be more happy with our decision thanks to Jesse, Grace and David (sherford Bovis Homes sales team).

GoogleKaren and the rest of the staff who interacted with us were lovely. Sadly we are not interested in purchasing a house at Sherford because we do not want to live in a building site for the foreseeable future.

GoogleMy partner and I moved to Sherford in June 2022 after purchasing a Bovis home. After 2 months of moving in 2 of the clauses in the transfer were broken and Bovis didn’t care at all. We have a fence on our driveway which isn’t supposed to be there in accordance with the transfer and it restricts us that much we can’t get our baby boy out the car. I have now been chasing the customer care team for the last 7 months and it is now effecting my remortgage. Paul Brodie the customer care manager has said the legal team can’t deal with a covenance due to a response they had. I was supposed to receive a phone call from their director Emma Warden-Nevins and never received that phone call. They created these clauses to protect us when we buy these houses and I feel we have bought this house under false pretences and completely left in the dark. Our house is now struggling to get a remortgage and it has effected the value of the property because the transfers have been broken.
