GoogleWe have rented two properties through Penny and her team at Bespoke Lettings as bridge periods whilst purchasing our own house. In total we have rented for two and half years. Penny has always gone the extra mile to look after our needs as tenants from check in, during tenancy and at check out, whilst offering a professionally manged service to her landlord clients. We particularly like the fact that Penny and her team contacted us during the tenancy to see that everything is OK for us and if there are any issues with the property requiring attention. This is done in a professional unobtrusive manner and ensures that tenants are receiving maximum value from their rental accommodation as well as reassuring landlords that their property is being competently managed. In addition, the team are very prompt at dealing with any maintenance issues that arise which is very reassuring to tenants and landlords alike. Based on our own experience and for all the above reasons we would strongly recommend Bespoke Lettings to landlords and tenants alike. Many Thanks Penny, Ryan, Sue and rest of the team Chris & Annette

GoogleThe dreadful reviews on Google's front page cannot be about the "Bespoke Lettings of Crewe" that I deal with! Those remarks don't ring true at all. Penny and her colleagues have always offered the finest of service and in a very nice low key but professional manner. They have always done a fabulous job for us and found us excellent tenants. No fuss, no hassle, no problems!

GoogleAs a Landlord I have engaged Penny at Bespoke for letting of my properties over the past 5 years. She is very professional and extremely helpful at all times going out of her way to sort out any issues even ones that don't really fall into their remit with nothing ever too much trouble. I could not recommend Penny and the team highly enough to other Landlords or tenants respectively! Per Brandt @ PB Developments
