Googleif I could give no stars I would liars sneaky would see a family on the streets and offer no help landlords they work with they don't communicate well with. if you are to rent or do anything with this business I would tread with care and have a solicitor behind you as well as they like to do unlawful things. very disappoint robbed of money and diginity AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

GoogleBespoke called me to offer myse lf and family a home as they knew are property was sold.I explained we needed to be out by the end of January they persuaded me to speak to my buyers to extend on the exchange while they did finishish touch on the rented accommodation. They also made us sign our exchange contract on home. They told me this had to be done before renting the property. 2 weeks later they contacted me, after giving them all the proof that they required, until they saw our passports being colour of our skin . They never got back in touch with me I did all the chasing about the home . Anyway we have lost our home also my family of four and two cats had to beg friends and family to put us up . My husband few years ago had a stroke it's a lot of stress for him & us. Bad customer service,promised us a home to move into on 12th February which they no longer are offering us. Lost a lot of money through this financialy They do not know how to run their business very poor customer service. Just warning you out there be very careful of using Bespoke they will make you loose your property like us and made homeless. I would give them.no stars if I could . Hi Edell Thank you for your review as you know we have to work within the law. The landlord ultimately has the final decision as to whether we can progress an application. Sometimes that means that applicants are not happy with the decision. We are unhappy to read your review as we very much care about our tenants and applicants.

GoogleWe have been renting a property through bespoke for the past 2 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. All issues are resolved in a timely manner and the staff are all very friendly. We recently had an issue with a leak in the bathroom of the property and it was decided that it needed a complete overhaul. The communication was fantastic throughout and I cannot praise them highly enough. We have rented from a few agents in the past but bespoke is by far the best we have used. GoogleWe moved our property full management to Bespoke Lettings last year after having terrible experience with our last letting agent. Penny and her team proved that we made the right choice! They're always responsible and polite. There were a few maintenance happened in our property, they sorted out really quick and gave us updates. All these costs are also very transparent and reasonable, no more shocking bills like our last letting agent any more! Well what can i say SUE has been absolutely brilliant with me.(a carer)we were desperate to move a elderly lady with Parkinson's from a property were she was ment to stay for the rest of her life but due to friends n neighbour it turned her flat from heaven to hell. This lady was very depressed SUE was fantastic she went above and beyond for us. Sue is very friendly and polite very professional and caring we are so greatfull to her. Sue continues to check we have everything we need and is always there to help. I really could of expected all she did for us.

Penny and the whole team always go that extra mile in everything they do. I've now been using Bespoke Lettings in Crewe for sometime. Every single tenant they have found me have been exemplary and the tenant find process has been incredibly smooth for both me and from what my tenants say also for them. Communication throughout is absolutely faultless, they are professional, listen to your needs, swift, have an understanding for both the tenant and landlord and their advice they give along the way is truly appreciated and informative. Also by taking calls and emails throughout weekends and evenings when time costs money to avoid void periods etc is also really helpful. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole Bespoke Lettings team keep up the fantastic service.

During these exceptionally challenging times, Penny and her team always strive to be fair to both tenant and landlord, especially when a tenant is experiencing financial difficulties due to being furloughed. A solution was found by Penny, much to the relief of one of our tenants, who was going through considerable hardship. We were delighted with the solution provided and being able to keep a lovely tenant who looked after our house the way we would.
