GoogleGreat location and looking forward to the shops on site being delivered.
I’ve had a good experience with facilities but aware of historic issues, which were thankfully resolved by the time I moved in. The amenities are top-notch: the gym is fully equipped, the pool and spa are a great bonus.
I WFH so hopefully the business lounge opens soon!
The management team is always friendly, responsive, and eager to help, making sure any issues are addressed promptly.

GoogleI’m a tenant living here. I rly don’t like the concierge Sebastian that guy. He’s rude n no patience. I was just inquiring about the arrival of my package after asking two times I wanted to inquire about different things. He interrupted me directly and told me to stop telling him repetitive things. I didn't even finish my sentence. Isn't it a basic quality to let people finish their sentences? xd, what a fun guy

GoogleVery poor concierge service, went to pick up a piece of furniture, which would have taken 30sec to move from lift to zipvan parked outside but they made me (even though resident asked) go to the loading bay to pick it up, which meant leave in lift to go down a floor and carry through 3-4 heavy doors. No one from concierge came to assist. The security was ok to open the door so we can just quickly move out, but the so called “manager” needed to show muscle and beyond all reason decided to make life tough, even though the resident and I pleaded with reason. The development looks great but when you have poor “management” it leaves a bad taste. Have you ever heard of a concierge that doesn’t respect their residents requests? Mine are not like that and I will certainly not recommend this development for that reason.

GoogleBeen living here three years now, and this is increasingly getting the shape of a giant scam. No email, no complaint, no protest will ever get you anywhere with Berkeley and Savils: the complex is simply poorly built in a rush in order to get money from predominantly Asian investors. The pool/spa they brag about is constantly closed due to structural problems; the windows have NEVER been cleaned in 3+ yrs for an infinite number of excuses, lifts are constantly under maintenance; Staff is regularly hired from agencies, they are simply not able to help most of the time; parcels get regularly lost ; electric car charging stations are not functioning; heating system is faulty ; the “cooling system” is not cooling anything (and the management keeps blaming the residents for not being able to operate the system) ; windows are scaringly vibrating when the weather is windy , so tenants are running away. Every single meeting with these cowboys will lead to absolutely nothing: they keep lying and lying and lying. Timelines are regularly broken, promises are simply worthless. It’s no surprise that other Berkeley buildings are showing the same reviews tenor: people are being scammed into paying for something they will never get.

GoogleThis place is run like a corner shop; they keep losing my parcels, don't keep track of the keys, and the overall vibe among the employees is one of stress and being overworked. This used to be a great place to live, especially when the staff were happy and motivated. However, over time, particularly from last year (2023) to the present, it feels like the staff, from concierge to security, have lost the will to work here. Many of the old staff have left, and there seems to be a new person at the concierge desk every week. I may be wrong, but it seems they have a very high turnover due to bad management, as one of the staff members I spoke to suggested.

GoogleThey deserve the 1 and 2 star reviews. Probably less to be honest. They are scammers ripping off their tenants with services that never materialise and shoddy building work. I'm sad to say I'm going to move out of my home as soon as my contract allows. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Tenants are paying phenomenal rent for swimming pool and spa that has been closed for over 8 months, yet it's still being advertised. The whole thing is fraud.
I'm pretty devastated, because this is my home. And these people ruined the first property i got with my husband. I don't want to move ut I'm not staying here.

GoogleEmily at the concierge is extremely unhelpful and unacceptably hostile. She insisted I had to take all my parcels at once, otherwise she would throw them away. I was, firstly, on my way out to the car park. Secondly, the parcel was too big for me to carry on my own. It was impossible for me to collect them all at once. I was incredibly shocked as being threatened to throw away my possessions by the concierge team, let alone her manner.
But most importantly, the incident inevitably brought out a security issue of our mails being kept by the team. I’ve heard residents losing their Cartier bracelet and so on.

GoogleIt was bad and gets worse. The pool has been closed for 8 months now and there’s no view on re-opening. Typically it’s closed without any good reason around 3-4 months per year. The windows haven’t been cleaned in 3 years. We have literally over 100 emails between us and the management where they just lie openly on the window cleaning. it’s due to start « at the beginning of next month » since 2021 .. I really wish I was exaggerating. The whole thing is an absolute clown show. They keep replacing the people in charge of the development who come lie and go if they don’t burn out before as there are hundreds of very angry residents nearly harassing them with the same questions and issues that Berkeley hasn’t been able to address in more than 3 years.
I won’t even enter the details on windows malfunction generating health and safety issues, energy and heating problems never addressed. There is NO control over this development and it gets worse by the day.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace that this ugly housing estate has been built in the heart of a historic park.
The poorly finished landscaping and identikit residences surely only attract the most vacuous of people who somehow think that buying a property in a park affords some kind of status.
An awful development.

Pool and spa closed, for multiple months and counting. Problems with post room, deliveries etc. Elevators are unreliable.

GoogleWhen I rented out, I checked the reviews and still thought it was a good option to have a nice apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows.
I was wrong!
I have never seen a building managed this bad. The spa/pool is a false advertising, always closed, the concierge service is non-existent, with lifts not operating, and together with the ongoing construction, it's just not safe.
For that money I could rent out a much better place with no such problems whatsoever.
