Excellent Sales & Customer Relations teams in my property site (Hareshill) - with quick response & never fail to update me the progress, responsible with good following up from the Customer Relations Manager during the whole process. The site Manager and the team here is also well experienced & helpful, as well as the Customer Service Team - they are efficient & tried their best to address and arrange the fix of the snags/defects after we moved in. Thank you all.

No signboard or excess for the delivery man for my flat, no way for a delivery man to know where I live so, I'm not getting mails for more than a month now and, I'm not the only one. I should have checked the window size on the layout that I was given. The window sizes are smaller then what we saw in the show flat. Apart from these two things everything else is nice. The quality of the work seems good.And my postcode is wrong on the Google maps.

The interior design of Berkeley homes is of good taste. Glossy simple patterned tiles, various grades of white coloured doors & cabinets, warm lighting give serene pleasure and calmness. Doors, windows, cabinets, carpets, mirrors, heaters and electric goods all work smoothly and clean on the date of completion. The selection of Huntley Wharf site is a good decision: away from town centre but still within walking distance to train station. Chocolate Island, itβs trees, the river and quite commercial buildings nearby have formed ideal residential environment.Berkeley staff are all heart warming attentive people. Particularly thanks to: - Ms Isabelle R, an experienced, tough and highly responsible project manager- Ms Bella Y, a polite, diplomatic, punctual and responsive customer service officer- Ms Ellis N, an experienced post sales customer contact officer- Excellent property management concierge team: Mr Adrian, Ms Zoe and Mr Mohammad - Mr Alfie, the new project managerI wish Berkeley more future success stories. γοΈπ©·π

Initially I gave Berkeley Group 4 stars but reviewed down to 2 stars because their management company RMG is a total disaster. I invested in a BTL property by Berkeley homes called Oval Village. I bought it off-plan so didn't know RMG will be their managers. It's taking over 1 month to get basic info. They don't even know who in their office is responsible for what. They just keep passing the bulk back to the owners and developers. It almost feels like sabotage, otherwise just a extreme form of incompetence and lack of urgency.Oval village also don't seem to know what their responsibilities and have been unable to instruct their "management company" decisively.

People (sales, customer manager and onsite) are supportive, helpful and really willing to look at the root cause of any issues to prevent and resolve them as quickly and effectively as they can. They take time to listen and then act fast and effectively. Always being kind and making you feel special.The facilities are clean and the flat is so well designed and beautiful with all its little modern touches, that is impossible not to love it.

Green Park Village is a nice and good place to living in. The Customer Service team is great and provides good service to me before and after completion. Sarah and Rob were professional and supportive when I had questions. However, not to mention the 4-month delay in completion, our house had more issues than we have expected, for instance floor leveling, creaking stairs, and other cosmetic defects. Maybe Berkeley can further improve the work quality in future. Although Berkeley had been quite helpful to fix some of issues, the snags are still not completely cleared as of now nine weeks from completion. This may be due to inadequate staffing. Nick, a very good and quality staff, seems to be the only one fixing snags for the whole development. All in all, I hope the developer can resolve all snags within 3 months from completion.

I had an issue with my shower only giving extremely hot water and no cold. I notified the concierge and was contacted promptly by KyrieshaHiscocks. She immediately apologized for the problem and sent a very competent Plummer (Loris) to fix it. What can I say-JOB DONE! I was very impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of this response. Exceeded expectations!!

Same as some other buyers. They were incredibly nice before the review. After that, the people in charge have all disappeared. We have encountered some bathroom issues with their design failure. Weβve asked them to fix it for us. Unfortunately, itβs been over four months and we did not receive any response at all.

I have moved in my property, developed by Berkeley Group subsidiary St Edward, for more than a year now. Progress in clearing up the snag list has been painfully slow. New defects pop up from time to time and the obvious reason for the delay is inadequate staff to carry out the defects rectification work, while new residents are moving in at a steady rate. There was a leakage of the heating pipes in the last cold season which I had to report directly to their Quality Manager to acquire their attention and immediate action as the customer services has no particular feeling to a leaking pipe and the increasing damage it causes every day. Recently, the bathroom stainless steel faucets which were unbranded, has started to tarnish within one year. After reporting the problem, nobody come for an inspection, and the developer alleged that corrosive material had been used on the SS surfaces. This upsets my common sense as we only used common household bathroom cleaners, and corrosive chemicals is particularly difficult to procure in UK. Makes me believe that Berkeley Group has used cost-cutting substandard materials in their construction work. They will get away if no problem occurs in the first 2 years warranty period and the longer term is the customersβ problem. I originally thought that buying a more expensive property will guaranty better quality. Now I am not at all convinced that I had made the right choice in this purchase.

Don't Buy From Them!It was fantastic only when I signing the contract and they hand over to me. I still remember how they were so sincere and efficient to urge me to write them a customer review.After that, it is a nightmare. I live in Wimbledon, a new built development. They provide me warranty of the flat. Yes, they do a promise but every single fixation for as simple as sink plug replacement or complicated as balcony glass, it takes at least months or up to years still outstanding. They usually don't make advance appointment and pop up. Even I tried to make it, they always missed without notice.
