GoogleBellway homes moved in next to us nearly 2 years ago our home is the closest to the site with constant vibrations , dust , cracks in our walls ,a promise of a strip of land which they lied about , and now they've put a 8 ft fence up right by our window , blocking the light ,devaluing our home in the process . the site manager Lee has been very rude constantly , they don't care about the existing residents

GoogleGreat out of town location consisting of new build housing to the highest standards. With the centre of Cheadle town within easy walking distance and open countryside on the doorstep this makes these homes very appealing for people who like the rural life and a plus on the greener side too. Worth considering for your next move or new to the housing market!!!

GoogleWell thought out development. Typically though, the gardens are full of rubble and the fencing is of poor quality. Too many snags need sorting out.

GoogleA new estate built in a good location in Shrewsbury, easy walking distance into the town park and town centre. However the builders are charging a premium for small houses with small gardens crammed in on top of each other. The houses are very poorly specified so you will need to add at least £5K onto the excessive prices being asked for by the builders......they will be making a mint out of this estate!

GoogleIt is a lovely location, houses could do with being a few feet spaced out with some extra car park spaces, also 2 panel windows is more suited than a tiny window that is so slim, not much light gets through those. I like bigger lounge rooms, not square box rooms. Can't fit furniture in a square room it gets cramped! .Good houses otherwise. More space, so not on top of next door (each house same).xX
