GoogleClueless sales adviser didn't even know what houses where available. When I showed interest in a house and started to sell mine they sold the house I wanted a few days later to someone else. Complete waste of time.

GoogleNot bad properties,but considering they are built on the former JCB site, no wonder cracks are appearing. No character to the houses and small rooms. Access roads to houses are very tight not much garden and driveways are small and tight. God help if ever a fire engine has to get round. To close together and fence in like rabbit hutches.

GoogleWe moved in to the Hathaway Gardens development in SUA in March last year. While the house has been OK, the general landscaping on the site is comparable to a 3rd world country. 1 year on from leaving the site, they have left behind an abandoned playground with fencing all around and no one taking responsibility for putting it right
