GoogleWe moved in earlier this year and are loving our new build house! Colin the site manager has been exceptional since we’ve moved in and him and his team have gone above & beyond with any snags we’ve had. Communication from Julia and the team prior to move in was fantastic and the whole experience has been great. The development has a great sense of community and Bellway have been a great developer to deal with!

GoogleThe environment was pretty nice. Perhaps because of the site layout, it just felt better overall than other new builds in surrounding areas.

GoogleThey put the date of the build back 3 times and in the end we had to pull out due to our ported mortgage running out of time … but guess what they only gave us £200 back of our £500 deposit and only gave us some money back for extras when we asked for it - Poor experience, poor company, avoid

GoogleWe have just moved on to The Crescent and cannot fault Helen or the site team one bit. Helen was wonderful throughout our entire purchasing journey and would always be on hand to answer our queries. We’ve seen some shocking new builds and Bellway have done a really good job of our home and appear to be attentive with returning soon to sort a few snags. Two very chuffed people here!
