GoogleMy wife and I met with Craig from Bartlams recently for a late afternoon viewing at a property in Wolverhampton which was on the market to let. We had already viewed three other properties through different letting agents, and compared to those others the service and professionalism we received from Craig was outstanding. It was clear from the outset he had an in-depth knowledge of the property and its history and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. After we had finished looking around we decided there and then that we would apply for the property, not only because it was perfect for us, but we got the impression from Craig that he and the staff at Bartlams build up good relationships with both their tenants and landlords alike, and we felt that should any problems arise in the future we would be confident they would be resolved skilfully and professionally. Thank you, Craig, for making the start of the journey of moving house far less stressful than we expected.
Many thanks for leaving a lovely review and your kind comments will be passed on to the team. 'Bartlams Estate Agents'

GoogleFin has been an absolute star, his customer service skills are so in tune installing confidence that i made the right choice on agents. He keeps you informed and doesn't simply look to sell your property to anyone just to get the sale, he has matched the right family to take on the baton who i know will look after it and make it there home. He demonstrated empathy with my situation and became the friendly voice that i felt i could trust to handle the sale of my childhood home. Well done Fin your a star Andy
