We dealt with Ellisia mainly on the whole from a sales perspective and she could have not been friendlier or more accommodating to deal with. Been known to ask some daft questions as we were quite new to this and nothing was to much of an issue for them to resolve. If and when we were to sell, Bartlams would be our go to choice for this.
