Selling a house is a challenging event, especially choosing the right estate agent. I can say that we made the right choice choosing Bartlams to go to market. Deanna, Finn, Ben and Elysia were great from start to end. Most of our dealings were with Deanna and Elysia and they did a stellar job of keeping us informed, always being at the end of the phone to talk things through but more importantly showing us empathy through the process during challenging occasions. Recently sold and brought through Bartlams. Process of buying very straight forward, easy to arrange to view the property. The process of selling, was more stressful (as to be expected) however Bartlams were proactive at answering any queries we had. Bartlams recently sold my property in a pretty difficult market. While they can't fix the market they put a massive amount of effort into every stage from initial valuation and photos to aftercare and finalising the sale. As I was selling my first home I was a bit clueless but they helped at every stage and made recommendations for services I'd need. On top of this, they are all just lovely and great at what they do. They made a complicated move much more manageable. When I first started looking I considerned going down the budget/ online estate agent route but you get what you pay for - the after-offer support was worth every penny and I'm glad I chose Bartlams. Basically - Bartlams are magic and you should use them for your house sale.

Craig who manages and runs Bartlams Lettings agency , has to be the most thoughtful and courteous person that my wife and I have met in a long time. Craig took over the letting aspect of our property when I recently became very poorly and in hospital. Although not necessarily his area Craig has helped me sell the property through another estate agent . He is a wonderful guy and we are planning to be life long friends. My wife and I met with Craig from Bartlams recently for a late afternoon viewing at a property in Wolverhampton which was on the market to let. We had already viewed three other properties through different letting agents, and compared to those others the service and professionalism we received from Craig was outstanding. It was clear from the outset he had an in-depth knowledge of the property and its history and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. After we had finished looking around we decided there and then that we would apply for the property, not only because it was perfect for us, but we got the impression from Craig that he and the staff at Bartlams build up good relationships with both their tenants and landlords alike, and we felt that should any problems arise in the future we would be confident they would be resolved skilfully and professionally. Thank you, Craig, for making the start of the journey of moving house far less stressful than we expected.
