Wouldnt use these again if we can help it. The guy showed up late to our viewing on a house then proceeded to rush us through it like it was our fault. Selling a house is a challenging event, especially choosing the right estate agent. I can say that we made the right choice choosing Bartlams to go to market. Deanna, Finn, Ben and Elysia were great from start to end. Most of our dealings were with Deanna and Elysia and they did a stellar job of keeping us informed, always being at the end of the phone to talk things through but more importantly showing us empathy through the process during challenging occasions.
